To my relief

Posted in Finance, Loans on September 26th, 2010

The one thing I hate about the holidays is the ton of work I had to finish! I don’t even have time to cook my own meals anymore, and even more to check my mail!  It was only on a Friday night that I had the time to check my piles of mail! And that was when I saw it! An invitation to my nephew’s baptism tomorrow! And to make the situation even more frustrating,  I did not have enough cash to buy a decent present!

Thus, I instantly searched the web for a payday loan yes! And luckily, there was this great site that had the fastest processing time, few requirements, easy application form, and a guaranteed approval!  After accomplishing everything I went to sleep with my fingers crossed! But to my relief, the payday loan yes I applied for was already deposited into my account! And with still enough time to buy my nephew the best baptism gift ever!

My friend’s advice

Posted in Finance, Loans on September 25th, 2010

My son was sick and needed to be rushed to the hospital, although it was nothing serious, I has to use the money to pay my bills  for medicines and settling the medical bill!  And my bills was due next week, it was really a blessing that my friend suggested I avail of pay day loans.

I only needed a  small amount of money to pay the bills, I could borrow from my parents that they were on vacation!  Thus, there was no really other choice! I logged into the online money lending company my friend referred to me and applied for one of their pay day loans while I was at home! It was a great decision because I got the cash in time to pay for my bills without late fee charges! I even had enough money to last until my next paycheck. I’m glad I followed my friend’s advice!

CreditCards-Judicious Spending

Posted in Finance on August 13th, 2010

Reckless spending is always very tempting, at least to certain people and is a very easy way to get into huge debts. Credit card debts, easily a very common type of debts in the present era, has started to become a real menace. Many American homes are now a victim of such debts and the primary cause of this may be the youth in such homes, spending a lot more than what they actually have a right to. Pay off debts is a horrendous task, as one generally ends up taking a loan or indulging in mortgage to get out of credit card debt.

Judiciously spending the money one has will always be the most ideal strategy, but one which is against inherent human nature, at least in most cases. This is aggravated because of the presence of credit card, which enables you to forget to keep a tab on your expenses, which always rockets up when you neglect it. PayingPaul is a customised site that can help you in managing all these, and a lot more. It gives a lot of good advice regarding the spending strategies, regarding banking firms that help people victimized to credit card debts.

Taxi Hybrids, A Really Good Idea

Posted in Business, Finance on July 14th, 2010

Taxis are a necessary service for most city dwellers. They unceasingly ply the urban streets in search of fare or delivering ones to their destinations. Assuming a 40 kilometer per hour speed limit with 10 second traffic stops every 20 seconds of time, a taxi is effectively traveling 20 kilometers per hour non-stop. With a 16-hour daily service time per taxi this is roughly 320 kilometers traveled in a day. At 1.1 liters per 10 kilometers this is 35.2 liters of fuel a day. At 4 liters per gallon and US$1.65 per gallon this produce a daily cost of US$14.52 per day or US$5,300 per year.

Using a fuel-electric hybrid car with fuel efficiency of 0.47 liters per 10 kilometers, this cost is just US$6.2 per day or US$2,264.50 a year for a savings of US$3,035 per year or, with 10 year car lifespan, US$30,350. The savings alone can get allow a fleet increase of 3, US$10,000 cars, for the lifespan of one car. Thus a Small Business Finance loan of US$10,000 for a hybrid taxi is a good financial move. Business Finance can help taxi operators increase their income and even help reduce pollution. Thus, Small Business Financing can really upgrade that fleet for a better future for all.

Having Your Own Home

Posted in Finance, House & Home on April 2nd, 2010

Okay, so it is a cliche.  But too often, people work, work, work to afford a home and do not take the time to enjoy life, family and friends (or even their home).  If you buy a home that is within your financial means you are resourceful and thrifty with your spending in the years that you live in it, your home should not dictate your finances and your need to work.  You should own the home.  It should not own you.

No people (that we are aware of ) have ever said on their deathbed that they wished they had spent more time toiling away at work (and therefore less time with family, with friends and for themselves) so that they could spend more money on
